We can support PCNs by providing a clinical pharmacist  to meet the requirements set out in Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES). Our trained pharmacists can be utilised to achieve key PCN targets e.g. medication reviews, Impact Investment Funds (IIF) objectives, as well as reducing medication related workload for the GP surgeries within the PCN.

Our pharmacists can help reduce medicines related workload by dealing with acute or repeat medication requests, clinic letters or discharge medications reconciliation, medication reviews, help to achieve QOF targets and much more.
